Refund Policy

All bookings require full payment in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund or credit. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals, or missed appointments are non-refundable and subject to a 25€ cancellation fee.

No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

Approved refunds or credits will be issued at the discretion of Tagus Touch and processed using the original payment method or as a session credit, where applicable.
