How do I book a session?

Choose your massage here and complete the payment. Once confirmed, book your session using our calendar. You can book directly through the website calendar or contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Are the oils used natural?

Yes, we use 100% natural oils for all treatments.

Are massages suitable for everyone?

Massages are safe and beneficial for most people. However, there are specific situations in which they may need to be adapted or avoided. For this reason, every session always begins with a brief assessment to ensure safety, comfort, and the best possible outcome.

What are the prices?

Prices vary based on the duration and type of massage. Check the prices in our booking section.

Where is the studio located?

Our studio is located in Lisbon, near Marquês de Pombal, with easy access via the Avenida Metro station.

To ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness, please avoid eating within 2 hours of your scheduled session.

How should I prepare for the session?

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25€ fee and are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes. To reschedule your session, please contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram to confirm a new date and time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incuro a 25€ rescheduling fee. Please see full details in our Refund Policy.

Do I need to complete an intake form before my first session?

Yes. All first-time clients are required to complete a short intake and health questionnaire before the session. The form will be sent after your initial contact or booking confirmation.
